  • 1/2 cup cashew butter (recipe above, or use storebought)
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (tightly packed)
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 nectarines (yellow-flesh, sliced into wedges)
  • 1 handful raspberries (fresh, or frozen + defrosted)
  • 200 grams yoghurt (tub natural, or use coconut yoghurt to make this a vegan dessert)
