- 1 garlic (crushed clove of)
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds (or about half as much, ground, I used seeds but ground them first)
- 3/4 tsp. cumin seeds (or about half as much, ground, I used the seed but ground them first, again)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. harissa (for a solid kick of heat; adjust yours to taste, and to the heat level of your harissa)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 100 grams feta (crumbled or chopped into bits)

I've been making it for a long time now and I love it every time. Sometimes I add some corn for a more filling lunch . I never add garlic though because of dietary restrictions .

I substituted the paprika for chilli powder and added extra harissa but still not as hot as I would have liked. A good side dish though and would make again

Amazing! I added more garlic, but that’s just me. Great side for Tandoori Chicken.

So delightful, real Tunisian taste...it could be a great idea to add black olives and chickpeas

Delicious. Great balance of flavours and refreshing. I have it on it's own or with Lamb and yoghurt.
