- 4 organic carrots (large, tops trimmed off and cut into pieces to accomodate your juicer)
- 1 red apples (medium, I like Fujis, peeled if not organic, and sliced into pieces to accomodate your juicer)
- 1 chunk peeled fresh ginger (the size of your thumb if you love ginger; use less if you're not a huge fan)
- 1 whole meyer lemon (organic, cut in half)

I used two carrots, one apple, half of a lemon and a chuck of ginger. Made myself a nice 6 oz glass. Uber delicious! This will certainly be one of my go to juices. Bright, refreshing and a perfect way to start my morning. YUMMMMMMM
