    These were good. I substituted a banana for oil, since I wanted to make these oil free, and didn’t seem to be a problem. Felt more like spice muffins with carrots in them verse carrot muffins. Need to figure out a better way to infuse the carrot taste in them

    I didn’t have any walnuts or cloves, but it was still an amazing recipe. Will try again with full ingredients as I am convinced it will be even better.

    The taste of this muffins is of high quality. I did some changes, because I did not have all the ingredients (The amount of ingredients is a con for me). I used grated ginger, chancaca instead of maple syrup, finely chopped almonds instead of walnuts. They were great. I will try the unmodified recipe in the future.
