- 400 grams plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 400 grams caster sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 tsp. canela
- 400 grams grated carrot (I use my food processor to just whizz them to tiny carrot rubble)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 350 grams icing sugar
- 200 grams full fat cream cheese
- 50 grams unsalted butter (not soft but not straight from the fridge)
