I didn't make the smoothie exactly per the instructions, but it turned out pretty tasty. I didn't cook the carrots, and instead just put them raw into the blendtec. I used coconut milk instead of water to add creaminess (I'd use a smidgen less liquid than what is called for if doing it this way), and I used a mix of fresh and (mostly) frozen strawberries to make it more of a frozen smoothie texture. I will probably make it again.
