Very good :) I used balsamic vinaigrette instead of white vinegar and used a little olive oil. Also used carrot tops as part of herb mixture. Added dried cranberries too. Big hit! :)

Absolutely irresistible way to eat carrots. The spicy green sauce coupled with the sweet carrots makes it impossible to stop eating! Lots of strong garlic and red pepper flavors.
