- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice (if using frozen, defrost it first)
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 tsp. olive oil (or butter)
- 1/2 medium carrot
- 1 dash salt (and pepper)
- 1 dash thyme (or any dried or fresh herb you like, optional)
