- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 red pepper flakes (or ground red pepper)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (+ freshly ground black pepper, to taste)
- 2 bunches cilantro (stems removed and minced, yield about 5-6 tbsp minced)
