These are simple delicious cookies that make you feel you are doing a good thing - eating carrots for dessert/snack

Delicious! Added extra shredded ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and shredded coconut. Cooked an additional 5 minutes and they’re moist and perfectly cooked and dangerously addictive!
