Good, hearty soup. Didn't have stock, just used water with more salt and pepper. Would recommend !

I change the recipe a bit. Instead of potatoes I used sweet potato.. and added garlic, thai chili seasoning and garlic sriracha to give it a kick! slightly spicy but delicious!
