I added chili powder and red pepper flakes. These could be a very versatile side. They didn’t come out perfect for my first time (burnt or soggy) overall still tasty.

a great alternative to potatoe fries!! healthy and delicious, they are kind of hard to cut into even pieces but it could just be my less then ample knife skills!

Very tasty! Easy, simple, and delicious. I added a bit of sea salt to taste before serving.

I had these carrots in my fridge for like a month and didn't know what to do with them perfect solution! They were amazing!!

The taste was exceptional, simple but delicious. I used avocado oil instead of olive oil, I prefer the taste. However it took almost an hour for the carrots to get crisp, if you are planning on making this recipe, make it ahead of time so it doesn't hold your dinner up.

Turned out amazing. I cook in a small convectional oven, so I had to keep it in a little bit longer to get that crispy taste.
