For the cheesecake mixture the recipe says: Next, mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and sour cream and stir till smooth. Set aside.
However there is no sour cream listed under the ingredient list, so I did not know how much to add. I added about 1 tablespoon.
It was too hard to use a whisk to mix the cream cheese mixture, so I used an automatic mixer instead.

Turned out well. The only problem was I had an 8" springform pan, so it had to bake longer, and that made the outer layer a little tough. Overall it was a really good recipe, and I might have to invest in a 9" pan - darn. lol.
