Next time I'll use Almond milk. I only had 1% cow's milk so I went ahead and used that. It was pretty good. I was surprised the carrots ground up so good in my little Oster blender. I did use honey instead of maple. That will be changed next time also. Altogether it was pleasing and I intend to make it again with changes in ingredients to the ones offered. Then I'll be able to assess it better. Carrot cake is a favorite of mine.
