- 1 tsp. soda (bicarbonate)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. spices (whatever you like eg; cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, mixed spice)
- 120 mL butter (melted, or macadamia oil)
- 3 eggs
- 1 Orange
- 1 tsp. dulse flakes (optional)
