- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter (creamy, the drippy kind)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or brown rice syrup, honey, etc)
- 1 medium carrot (shredded, about 1 cup)
