    I didn't really taste like carrot cake to me but they were still decent for normal pancakes.

    These were the most delicious pancakes and one of the best things I've ever eaten! Shredding the carrots wasn't the most fun, but it was definitely worth it. The Greek yogurt frosting was very good too. I can't wait to make them again!
