- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 15g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs maple syrup (optional)

- Mix half the carrots with all other ingredients in a jar or bowl. Top with rest of carrots if you like
- Put in fridge overnight for next morning breakfast. Add walnuts, shredded coconut, and other options
