I’m adding 1/4 c flaked coconut and 1/4 c golden raisins.I kept the sugar ratio the same. We didn’t think it was too sweet. This is autum in a jar! Really delicious. I’ll bet would be good covering cream cheese for an appetizer, gonna try on a bagel with cream cheese. This is an easy recipe, try it, you’ll like it. I’ve tried to give 5 stars but it won’t let me!
