- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

- 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal (optional, wheat germ or oat bran will also work well)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut chips (optional)
