This recipe is surprisingly simple and easy to make! I completely puréed the carrots and bananas and mixed everything together with coconut flakes and chocolate chips and it turned out amazing! Super moist and delicious with little added sugar. I frosted it with yogurt and cream cheese which tasted lovely.

Deliciously soft and moist carrot cake banana bread, you wouldn’t know it’s vegan! I give it 5 stars.
