- 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3 3/4 cups sugar (confectioners’)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk powder (found near regular powdered milk in the grocery store)
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. cream cheese (chilled and cut into 16 equal pieces)
- 2 1/2 cups pecans (toasted and chopped)
