Tasted good. I appreciate that the ingredients have a relatively long shelf life (carrots, apples, ginger) so you can prepare it a number of days after the weekly shopping trip. My soup didn’t turn out as smooth and creamy as the photo suggests (it is vegan) but the flavor was good.
