Very tasty but I should have left the carrots to soften up more. Very healthy and easy to make.

A very tasty soup. I added a little drizzle of cream and took a few pieces of carrot out before blending and adding them back in to the soup at the end, to add a little bit of texture. The whole family enjoyed it.

A great flavoursome soup. I added a diced large potato with the carrots and onion this gave the soup a creamier texture.
