Yum!!!! We used marsala wine instead of beer because that's just what we had on hand.

Really really good, but you don’t need to cook on low pressure. More tender if you don’t. And you can pressure cook the potatoes for 3 minutes after meat cooks. Also, you can thicken the sauce a bit of too watery with flour at the end. The sauce is amazing!!

👍the dish came out good.
Used red wine instead of beer and a little more tomatoes.
It takes about 1 and a half hour in presure cooker.
