    These were awesome! I loved the lime juice in there. It added great flavor and tenderized the steak. I marinaded it for like 7 hours. I can’t wait to make it again!

    A very quick and easy recipe if you already have The Asada cooked I used the small white street tacos. Jicama is a nice textural addition

    I just bought the meat pre-marinated at a Mexican grocery store and grilled it. I may have gone overboard with the onions but the cotija cheese/cilantro/avocado mix was delish!

    Carne asada is a marinade and your beef should sit in this for 1-4 hrs.
