This was an excellent marinade. I did the meat a little differently. I cut the steak in sections, pounded it thin and added it to the marinade for a few hours. It was fork tender. I will definitely use this recipe with a few slices of jalapeño pepper (with seeds cleaned out) in the marinade. It adds a little extra kick.
