OMG! These turned out AMAZING! I added a pinch of sea salt to the Carmel; I love the sweet-salty combo. This is rich, Carmelly and buttery from the oat crust and topping. I let cool in fridge overnight then cut into bars. This one is going on my Christmas cookie list!! 😍
