Had to double the spice mix as it was pretty bland. It is missing something, but can't put my finger on it. Had higher expectations.

It was enjoyable. It would be best to add a chicken bullion cube and a scotch bonnet pepper. I also made this over jasmine rice

Totally great & tasty. Everyone loved it.
I used coconut cream instead of milk. I liked the consistency it developed :)

Made this a couple times and both times, it turned out great. I followed it by the book the first time and the second time, because we had different ingredients available, I used coconut cream instead of coconut milk and halibut instead of red snapper. The coconut cream was fine, albeit more fattening than the original recipe. And the halibut, while generally a better fish, doesn't hold together as well. It still tasted great though
