- 16 almonds (toasted..skin off, though mine were skin on)
- 1 1/2 cups red wine (Spicy Fruit)
- 5 green cardamom pods (crushed)
- 3 inches ginger (Chunk of, cut into matchsticks)
- 4 black pepper corns
- 1/2 vanilla pod (this is a good place to use a vanilla pod husk)
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. orange blossom honey
- 1 drop orange blossom water
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 2 Tbsp. tangerine juice (or orange or mandarin)
- 2 tsp. tangerine zest (or orange or mandarin)
