The flavor was good (though I doubled the turmeric and cardamom and skipped the rosewater) but the ratio is SO off. Four cups of milk is way too much. Didn't even set and was soupy chia seed mess with a bunch of liquid on top. Added a bunch more chia seeds to each jar after 24 hours and let them sit overnight again and that did the trick. I think cutting the liquid in half would probably work. I honestly wonder if the author mixed up chia seeds and tapioca pearls or made a mistake when typing out the amount of almond milk.
