- 1 cup water (boiled, plus 1 cup filtered water)
- 15 cardamom pods (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or fine Himalayan pink salt)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 drops essential oils (organic food grade ginger, optional but delicious)
- 2 cups water (filtered)
- 1 tsp. rose water (alcohol free, I use Steenbergs)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla powder (I use Ndali)
