    I’m so happy with this! I added a bit of garlic while cooking the pancetta and it made it absolutely delicious. Super easy to cook, super tasty. Surely a new staple! Going to try it next time with Guanciale instead of pancetta

    This was my first attempt at carbonara and it was better than any restaurant I've had it at! I'll never order it at a restaurant again. It couldn't have been any easier to make either. This is a keeper for sure.

    Best one yet!. Made it with bacon that i roasted in oven, was hesitent in adding the bacon fat but found it gave a more smoky flavour to this easy, excellent dish......Great to use up some extra yolks.
