    I made this during quarantine, we had a whole ham so I substituted for the pancetta. It was still pretty good! Use a fine grater for the cheese, it makes a difference. Would definitely make again.

    I followed every steps of the recipe closely and the result was awesome! Never knew carbonara can be this easy to make, I'll not use ready made carbonara sauce anymore 😇.

    OH.MY..GOD.. This was soooooo creamy and delicious and so super easy to make! This might be my all-time new favorite recipe. I was nervous about working with the raw egg but you just have to stir it in fast and it was perfect. LOVE THIS!!!!

    I used an egg and an egg yolk,rather than just an egg alone. I also put in red pepper flakes.It is also important to eat when it is done. If you do, it is creamy and delicious. If you wait too long, it will get dry. Enjoy!

    Really good! My husband really liked it and he’s not a big pasta fan. I only used one kind of Parmesan cheese because it was all I had. I also didn’t use parsley because we don’t prefer it

    Great - pancetta took a bit longer than recipe called for but sauce was perfect - I also added frozen peas
