    I adapted the recipe. 1 Used boneless skinless chicken thighs, so did need more time. 2 Added some garlic powder with the mushrooms. 3 Used sliced baby bellas for the mushrooms We really liked the flavors. With the baby bellas, it’s very filling

    Very good. My children loved it as well. I used a little chicken broth instead of wine. The water from the mushrooms is enough to deglaze the pan but you'll want a little more liquid for some sauce.

    I made the recipe and used chicken stock instead of wine. 1/2 cup. I also used vidalia onions which made the sauce sweeter. It was fantastic.
