Directions
- Combine the milk, rice, lemon zest, cinnamon stick, and a pinch of salt in the Thermomix cup.
- Set for 50 minutes/reverse blade/195°F.
- When the cycle finishes, add 200 grams of sugar and program for 6 minutes/reverse blade/195°F.
