- extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella (ball, or bocconcini balls, drained)
- dried chili flakes
- chili oil
- truffle oil
- shaved Parmesan
- 1 head garlic
- 1 Tbsp. butter (unsalted)
- 3/4 Tbsp. white flour
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tsp. coarse sea salt
