Wonderful! This is now a staple to add flavour to a variety of items. Also great if you happen to have a lot of onions on hand that you need to use up. This was a great lesson.

These caramelized onions turned out great! I added a little dried thyme right at the end and they were delicious. They are very easy to make. They just take some time, but it is worth it! I put them on brats with mustard. I would also top burgers, make a dip, or French onion soup with these. Highly recommend making these!
