    This was delicious! I definitely should’ve used a deeper dish because my cauliflower got a little too brown but all in all it was delicious and I will be making it again!

    I used one head of cauliflower and half an onion. Baked the cauliflower for 35 min and shook the pan about every 10.

    This was delicious! It turned out even better than I expected. I did double the onions and used the extra over grilled chicken that I cooked in the same skillet. Even my picky teenagers loved it.
    I dont know what o did wrong....bit still turned put hreat. Will definitely make it again

    Yum!!! I wasnt able to roast the cauliflower becuase my oven was occupied but simply steamed the cauliflower for a bit in microwave than added it to cast iron skillet with onions. My 11 year old son took it in his thermos for lunch today!

    So easy to make and so yummy! I made half the portion but I could have added more onions. Soooooooo good I could eat this every day

    I don't think I had the onions cooking on high enough heat but they never really carmelized. Also the cauliflower had some charred spots but never really got crunchy. So it didn't turn out the way I expected but it wasn't bad.
