- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dry)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (tamari or ,gluten-free if needed,or coconut aminos)
- 3/4 cup milk (180 ml ,plant-based)
- 7 oz. vegan cheese (200 g ,choice, optional)
