First time with Loco Moco. This was amazing! I used 1# ground beef, chicken stock (what I had on hand and there was no beef broth at the store) 2 large onions,1.5C rice and 3 eggs. Served 3 people. Seasoning and instructions are spot on! My son wanted to try this and now I’m a fan. Thank you.

would suggest just using half the amount of rice 😋

Was delicious. i cooked one cup of rice and two onions instead. this dish was delicious. i did everything except the egg. Highly recommend.

I love loco moco, but this recipe made no sense. 6 cups of rice for 4 servings of loco moco? I used 3 cups of rice and had some left over. Also 3 large onions was way too much. I used 2 and it was still too much. Definitely want to make loco moco again, but won't be following this recipe.
