- waffle fries (As many sweet potato, as you want, recommend around 15-20, I used Alexis brand- organic, in freezer aisle or make your own, how to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTdT1BPRNXc)
- 1 cup kimchi (you can find in glass bottle usually near the produce section- it’s refrigerated)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or substitute brown sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, or vegan substitute)
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- chili mayo
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (or sub vegan yogurt alternative- plain flavor)
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- beef
- toasted sesame seeds
