- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups coconut milk

Directions
- Heat a nonstick sauce pan over medium flame.
- Add cranberries, brown sugar and vanilla extract to the pan.
- Mix, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes till the cranberries are soft and mash it with a spoon.
