    Unbelievably DELICIOUS!!! I will make this a million times more!! I'm using this in a salad with pomegranates and feta cheese but plan on using it as a hot side dish next week.

    This was a super easy recipe to follow it is super tasty. I prepped the squash the night before sonI can come home put it the one while I worried out. Totally worth it
