    We’re a family of six with kids 1-18 and everyone loved this! Our littles that will outright reject things enjoyed this and our 13YO that doesn’t like anything sweet potato loved this as well though I didn’t enjoy the amount of prep involved (no getting around that), it was delish and for me, totally worth it. Will make again!

    Amazing! Most people mash their squash up like baby food this is a delicious way to make it and there’s just more texture. Everyone at my house loved it Have made it several times

    Unbelievably DELICIOUS!!! I will make this a million times more!! I'm using this in a salad with pomegranates and feta cheese but plan on using it as a hot side dish next week.

    This is one of my favorite recipes. Tonight I made with sugar free maple syrup rather than brown sugar. It was awesome, awesome, awesome!!

    This was a super easy recipe to follow it is super tasty. I prepped the squash the night before sonI can come home put it the one while I worried out. Totally worth it
