    Talk about an easy to prepare, easy on the pocketbook, easy on the senses pleaser! The most difficult aspect of preparing this cake is how to arrange the banana slices. I followed the directions as stated, even though I wondered if I should change anything for my high altitude conditions. The only difference is that my cake was ready a few minutes sooner than stated in the recipe. This was a good thing because by the time this baby comes out of the oven, your kitchen smells like heaven and the crew is waiting with spoons at the ready. In the future, I might add a few pecans and a little cinnamon for good measure, but overall this is simply divine.
