- 395 grams sweetened condensed milk (tin of, {1 & 1/3 cup})
- 1/3 cup muscovado sugar (} light)
- 1/4 cup golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt (I used Maldon Salt, I love it’s soft, flaky pyramid crystals.)
- 6.5 oz. milk chocolate (or a combination of milk and dark, chopped)
- 2 oz. white chocolate (chopped, to decorate {optional})
