This is one of the best banana breads I have ever made. The caramel adds the perfect touch, as it stays relatively melted even after the bread returns to room temperature. I baked this whole recipe inside a bundt cake pan. I started checking the doneness at 24 minutes, partly because I used a convection oven. My oven is accurate from holding temperature, so I pulled it out at 32 minutes.
