Made this for a birthday. First time making cheesecake and it couldn't have turned out better. Any cracks that did occur were covered up by the pecans and caramel. I did add whipped cream with a pecan on each "cloud."
I used store bought caramel ice cream topping in the cheesecake but made my own caramel for the topping while the cake was baking.
This was a hit with everyone. Would definitely make again.
