- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground all-spice
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 10 Tbsp. margarine (1/2 cup, plus 2 tablespoons, soy, such as Earth Balance, or regular unsalted butter)
- 2 cups apples (peeled, diced firm, such as Granny Smith, about 2 large or 3 medium)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (vegan, or your caramel sauce of choice)
