This was the first cheesecake I have ever attempted after purchasing a springform pan nearly 10 years ago! My daughter had requested a salty sweet cake so I chose this but added both caramel and chocolate ribbons on the top with salt. It looked perfect and tasted delicious. Recipe was very easy giving me confidence to try again. I just can’t eat all of my creations!
